We offer a 7-day refund policy for web hosting, cloud hosting, and managed services only

If you are dissatisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may

request a refund.

Refund requests must be made through our support system or by contacting our customer service team.

The refund will be processed for the hosting service charges only. Additional services, such as extra IP domain registrations, add-ons, SSL certificates, or any other non-hosting related purchases, are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Any promotional or discounted pricing provided at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.

VPS,Dedicated Servers, Server Nodes and Domain Registrations are non-refundable.

Once you have purchased a Dedicated Server or registered a domain, no refunds will be provided.

We encourage you to carefully review your selection and ensure it meets your requirements before completing the purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Any violation of these policies may result in the denial of a refund request.

Refunds are not provided for accounts that have violated our policies or engaged in prohibited activities, as outlined in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 to 10 business days.

we don't charge any additional processing fees for refund requests.
